Microsoft 365 subscription

  • Yes. You can subscribe to Microsoft 365 for your business so long as you have an ABN. To subscribe to Microsoft 365 sign up for an account at Telstra Apps Marketplace.

  • At Telstra, Microsoft 365 is a bundled offer that consists of multiple eligible Microsoft online services. Your bundle includes:

    • Your Microsoft 365 plan of choice
    • A new Australian domain name and hosting for your business 
    • Set-up and migration support
    • 24/7 technical support via Telstra Apps Marketplace.
  • Yes. You must subscribe to the Microsoft 365 subscription of your choice for an initial term of either 30 days on a monthly plan or 12 months on an annual plan.

    Unless you or Telstra cancels your Microsoft 365 Plan, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the initial term you have selected (monthly or annual).

  • If you cancel a Microsoft 365 subscription within 7 days of purchase or renewal, you’ll be entitled to a pro-rata refund. If you request to cancel a subscription after 7 days, cancellation will be scheduled at the end of the current subscription term. You’ll be charged for the full amount of your remaining monthly or annual contract term and continue to have access to the service until the end of the subscription term.

  • To transfer your Microsoft 365 subscription to Telstra, simply submit a request by completing the Adding Telstra as your Cloud Solution Provider web form.

  • You can submit a request to cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription at any time. Please be aware that if you cancel a subscription within 7 days of purchase or renewal, you’ll be entitled to a pro-rata refund. If you request to cancel a subscription after 7 days, cancellation will be scheduled at the end of the current subscription term.     To cancel your subscription:

    1. Log in to Telstra Apps Marketplace
    2. Navigate to the ‘Applications’ tab on the top menu
    3. Locate your Microsoft 365 subscription
    4. Click ‘Manage’ on the side bar
    5. From the drop-down menu, select ‘Cancel subscription’.
