You can add Netflix in checkout once you've chosen your Foxtel from Telstra package. The subscription fee will automatically be added to your Telstra account. If you already have Netflix, you can log in to your existing Netflix account on the iQ box once it’s set up.

Your Foxtel from Telstra package comes with a set-top iQ box that connects to your TV. If your home is already wired for Foxtel you may be able to install it yourself and if so, we’ll send you a Self-Install Kit.
If not, we’ll arrange a professional installation where a technician will visit your home to install Foxtel for you.
Meanwhile, you can start watching all your Foxtel content as soon as your account is activated on the Foxtel GO app.

Foxtel Now is the streaming only version of Foxtel, with no installation or iQ box. It lets you watch Foxtel content on your PC and mobile devices.

Service Availability: Services not available to all areas or homes and require a suitable TV.
Standard Installation: Additional charges apply for non-standard installations of Telstra and Foxtel equipment.
Foxtel Offer: Eligible to customers who haven’t had a Foxtel Direct or Foxtel from Telstra service in the past three months. After 12 months, you will not receive the monthly credit and will pay standard month to month subscription rates. Not compatible with any other offer. For important information on your service and privacy, read the Foxtel service agreement.
4K: To access 4K features you will need an iQ4, compatible HDMI cable, compatible 4K TV and subscription to the HD and Sport Packages (included in Sports HD + Foxtel Plus, Premium and Platinum Plus packages). Foxtel from Telstra with Netflix: Netflix requires internet and data charges may apply. In order to access this Netflix subscription you will need to sign up via the Netflix app on your iQ box once the box has been activated. When signing up for Netflix you will need to accept the Netflix Terms of use and Privacy Statement. If you have an existing Netflix subscription, you can link it with your Foxtel from Telstra account via your iQ box.
If you do not link your existing Netflix subscription, you will be billed directly by Netflix for your existing Netflix subscription and again by Telstra for the Netflix subscription that comes as part of your Foxtel from Telstra package.

From 1st February Foxtel advises that the following channels will launch on the Foxtel platform:
- REAL Life - (HD #121 / SD # 294/ +2 #221) available in Basic Tier
- MSNBC - (SD #612) available in Basic Tiers
From 1st February Foxtel advises that the E! channels (#121 & #221) will no longer be available on the Foxtel platform.
From 1st March Foxtel advises that the FOX Funny - (HD #114/ +2 #214/ SD #281) will no longer be available on the Foxtel platform.
Key content from FOX Funny will move to alternate FOX branded channels including;

- The Big Bang Theory
- Brooklyn Nine Nine
- The Office
- Parks and Recreation
- 30 Rock
Moving to FOX Comedy (Ch. 114 as at 1 March)

From 1st March Foxtel advises that the following channels will no longer be available on the Foxtel platform.
- Nat Geo channel number (#139 & #291)
- Nat Geo Wild channel number (#140 & 292)
National Geographic content remains available on Foxtel for Disney+ subscribers, with the Disney app integrated on Foxtel iQ5, iQ4 or iQ3 set top boxes. The Disney+ app can be accessed via the Apps menu.
A wide range of nature documentaries, and reality and scripted series will continue to be available on Foxtel and On Demand via other channels such as BBC Earth (Frozen Planet II, Serengeti III) Animal Planet (Crikey! It’s the Irwins) and Discovery (Deadliest Catch, Naked and Afraid).
December Gifting changes:
From 13 December until 31 January 2023 Foxtel will provide access to the below packs on Foxtel set top boxes (with access to Entertainment or Foxtel Plus) that don't currently have access to the packs.Foxtel Plus gifted packs:
