Trade-in is managed by Kingfisher Mobile Australia Pty Ltd. To be eligible for the trade-in program, you must be aged 18+, with a post-paid service with us. Trade-in available to customers on an Upfront plan or with a 13-digit account number. You may only trade-in a device from Kingfisher’s list of eligible devices. Devices subject to Telstra Mobile Lease plans are ineligible. The credit offer will vary depending on your device type, model and its working condition, and is subject to device assessment.
