    New and existing Telstra personal customers who take up a new home internet service on or after 10 January 2023 can redeem 12 months of Kayo on us.

    For customers moving their existing Telstra Home Internet service

    Telstra personal customers who submit a move order for their existing Telstra Home Internet service on or after 10 January 2023 can redeem 12 months of Kayo on us.

    How to redeem the 12 months of Kayo on Telstra offer

    Once your service is active, we’ll send you an email with redemption instructions for 12 months Kayo Basic. This will be within 10 business days of placing your order. You can also redeem eligible offers via the Telstra Offers Hub

    To redeem the 12 month Kayo on Telstra offer, you must:

    • be an Australian resident; 
    • be at least 18 years old; 
    • be a new, returning or existing Kayo subscriber; and 
    • have a valid credit card or Telstra account.
  • You can watch Kayo Basic on up to two compatible screens at the same time.

  • After 12 months, your Kayo Basic subscription will automatically roll onto Kayo Basic standard month-to-month fees, unless you change or cancel beforehand.

  • Yes. Customers with an existing Kayo entitlement are eligible to redeem the offer. Please note that when you redeem the offer, it will immediately supersede/replace any other offer on your Kayo account. 

  • No. The 12 month Kayo on Telstra offer includes access to Kayo content included as part of standard annual subscription. 

    Main Event on Kayo is available for customers to stream pay-per-view fights live and on-demand. Existing Kayo customers with active subscriptions will need to purchase pay-per-view events separately. 

  • No. Sports on Kayo are in full High Definition (HD 1080p), which requires an internet connection of at least 7.5Mbps. If your internet connection is below 4Mbps, your stream will be in Standard Definition (SD). 

  • If you’re eligible for the 12 month Kayo on Telstra offer, you’ll receive an email from us with a link you can use to redeem the offer. You can also redeem via the My Telstra app or redeem via our Kayo hub. Please note that your new activation or move order must be completed before you can redeem.

    You’ll need to sign up on a compatible device such as a mobile phone, tablet or PC, then download the Kayo app on your TTV to start streaming.

    If you’re not currently eligible for the 12 month Kayo on Telstra offer, you can still browse and sign up to other Kayo offers.

    Already have an active Kayo subscription? Follow these steps to sign in to your existing account: 

    1. Download the Kayo app from the Telstra App store on your TTV.
    2. Open the Kayo app on your home screen and select Sign In.
    3. Use your smartphone or tablet to scan the QR code displayed on your TV and select the pop-up that appears to be taken to the Stream Motion activation page.
    4. Your 8 digit code will be pre-populated. Select Confirm. 5. You may be asked to enter your login credentials.

Other frequently asked questions

Only eligible customers for the Kayo Telstra offer will be able to sign up to a Kayo service with Telstra.

    1. Using a web browser, go to the Telstra Offers Hub 
    2. Sign in using your Telstra ID
      1. Need a new Telstra ID
    3. Once you’ve signed in, you’ll be in the ‘My Offers’ page
    4. Select the Kayo offer
      1. Please note: the offer only appears if you have an eligible service on your account
    5. Select Sign up
    6. You’ll be prompted to enter a One Time PIN before you can proceed (this verification code will be sent to the Telstra Account Holder)
    7. You’ll be directed to Kayo to create an account, select a subscription plan (Basic or Premium) and complete the sign up process
    8. Because you have chosen to sign up to Kayo via your Telstra ID, the payment method defaults to Telstra Billing
      1. If you would like to select another payment method continue through the sign up process select credit card when confirming the payment method.
    9. Review and accept Kayo’s terms and conditions and you’re ready to start streaming
    1. Login to My Telstra with your Telstra ID
      1. Forgotten your Telstra ID
    2. Navigate to the Services tab and select your eligible service
    3. Click on the Extras tab
    4. Scroll down to the Entertainment section
    5. Click on the Kayo tile
    6. Select the relevant offer and redeem it on your eligible service.
    7. You’ll be prompted to enter a One Time PIN before you can proceed (this verification code will be sent to the Telstra Account Holder)
    8. You’ll be directed to the Kayo website to create an account, select a subscription plan (Basic or Premium) and complete the sign up process
    9. Because you have chosen to sign up to Kayo via the My Telstra app, the payment method defaults to Telstra Billing (where the subscription amount is automatically added to your Telstra bill for payment)
      1. If you would like to select another payment method continue through the sign up process select credit card when confirming the payment method.
    10. Review and accept Kayo’s terms and conditions and you’re ready to start streaming
  • If you are eligible for a Kayo offer, you could see the offer presented to you on your Telstra TV. 

    To redeem your eligible offer, you will be prompted to scan the QR code shown on the Offer screen with your mobile device (or follow the link provided in the instructions) to visit the My Offers portal. 

    Follow the 'How to sign up via Web' instructions above to redeem your eligible offer. 

    Once you have redeemed the offer via web, sign in to the Kayo app on your Telstra TV with your Kayo account details to start streaming. Data charges apply.

  • Your Kayo subscription is a no-lock in contract. If you cancel your subscription, you can continue to enjoy Kayo until the end of your current billing month. If you cancel Kayo from your Telstra Billing, you may not be able to select this billing payment method again if you reactivate your subscription.

    Cancelling my Kayo subscription via web browser or the Kayo app

    1. Sign into Kayo through a web browser or into your Kayo App and select your Profile
      1. Forgotten your Kayo login details?
    2. Open menu and select My Account
    3. Select Cancel Subscription in the Subscription and Billing section
    4. Click I Agree
    5. Fill out the short survey to let Kayo know why you’re leaving
    6. A cancellation notification will be sent by Kayo to the email address linked to the Kayo account
    7. Confirm cancellation

    When you cancel your Kayo subscription, you’ll still have access until the end of your current billing month. Customers with any additional months of an offer that cancel before the end of the offer period, will forfeit any unused months of their offer.

    Cancelling Telstra billing via Web and My Telstra

    To stop your Kayo subscription from appearing on your Telstra bill,  you can follow the steps below. You can do these steps even if you have forgotten your Kayo account log-in details.If you cancel Kayo from your Telstra Billing, you may not be able to select this billing payment method again if you reactivate your subscription.

    Please note that cancelling this way only cancels your billing payment method via your Telstra bill, it does not cancel your subscription to Kayo at the same time.

    Once you have cancelled your payment method with Telstra, you will be contacted by Kayo to update your payment method in order to continue your subscription. If you choose not to do this, your subscription will be cancelled, and you will lose access to Kayo.

    1. If you are using the web and using a compatible web browser, go to the Telstra Offers Hub.
      1. If you are using My Telstra, you can start at the next step.
    2. Sign into My Telstra using your Telstra ID.
      1. If you don’t remember Forgot your Telstra ID details?
    3. Once you’ve signed in, you’ll be in the ‘My Offers’ section of My Telstra
    4. Select Manage on your Kayo offer
    5. Select Cancel
    6. Confirm cancellation
      1. Note: that by clicking Cancel, Telstra will no longer bill you for Kayo as you have removed Telstra as you preferred method of payment for this subscription. This change will be reflected on your Telstra bill. Alternatively, you can change your payment method to credit card.
